Background
Emily was borned to a pureblood kitsune mother and a father whose lineage passes their spirit guides down to the female in each generation. Her father was an only child therefore skipping his generation and putting a halt to the witch lineage until Emily came into play. Her mother’s family had never approved her parent’s relationship since it would taint their noble fire blood lineage, especially coming from a higher status within the kitsune world. Upon the news of a witch kitsune hybrid, her aunts and uncles took matters into her own hands, assassinating her parents and in an attempt to get rid of her, they traveled the realms to leave her for death.
Abandoned and left alone to perish in the wilderness, luck was definitely on her side. Thought to be the smallest of her kitsune litter, a caretaker stumbled and brought her to the kitsune orphanage where Emily spent her first two centuries growing up and looking after other kitsunes. Due to her unusual mixed fur color of black and red, many of the older kitsunes were wary and often picked on her as a child only to be more confused by her mixed color of floating orbs when they least expect it. Those moments were when she met and became sworn sisters with another kitsune who cared for her and had her back when Emily was busy sneaking out of the orphanage to satisfy her adventurous mind and be away from others. Her outgoing personality and curious mind led her to many adventures as she got older. Emily’s carefree lifestyle had a great run as she learned to run wild and enjoy life as she took on many career paths–her favorite being a model. Emily would come home occasionally to the orphanage to help and spoil the newer and younger kits. She would often help out in the kitchen when her sworn sister would have her in the kitchen. Although not the best cook, she was always surprised that she was able to help the little ones like how the caretaker once saved her life.
From there on out, it just seemed like life moved on in a blink of an eye as she stayed in one place. In a span of a few years, she watched her best friend fall in love. She watched the orphanage close down after the government could no longer support them. Everything that she knew of that world was slowly disappearing. Although she didn’t have a lot of faith, the hope of finding her birth parents was not getting anywhere as well. With nothing left of that part of her life, Emily packed up and left that realm, traveling through the kitsune realm for decades before finding her way to Heleo.
Present Time
Arriving in Heleo, Emily chose to live life in the Kitsune Woodland as she kept to herself. Often seen in the tavern (IC CHAT) lurking around in the dark corner in her kitsune form, people watching had become somewhat of a fun sport to pass time. Slowly but surely, it allowed her to know others a bit more to see where she can input herself for the time being. It was not until the Blood Moon when Emily's power enhanced, therefore making her unlocked a little more of her past. With her third tail appearing, an energy within her starts to shake Emily’s kitsune’s spirit. After years of trying to figure out what the little black orbs were compared to her red kitsune ones or how her food had often healed others, the Blood Moon gave sight to her witchy side.
