having been constantly shuffled between family members before he was dropped off at the front of a church with his twin sister, alastair was horrible at keeping control over his abilities. luckily (or unluckily) for him, the priest had no trouble keeping it a secret as long as he did the man /favours/. it all became too much when they turned thirteen, and he used his abilities to rip apart every molecule in a 5 mile vicinity with the church as a focal point (except for his sister). to this day, he has not spent a single day without his powers being dampened, though they grow stronger every waking moment.
