— Call me 'Mino' or by my character's name. Either is acceptable. Pronouns are she/her/hers. I am of age.
— You can send me a friend request if we talk a lot OC or if our characters have established a solid relationship.  Otherwise I may not recognize your username and turn a blind eye.
— My character is not me. Please do not confuse the two. We may share some similar characteristics but other than that, Silas Ciarán is a fictional character I choose to write.

— I will only write in 3rd POV for literate replies. 1st POV is only for social media and texting.
— My writing length varies depending on my muse, but I typically write anything from semi-para to novella. Sometimes I can get carried away, so please do not feel obligated to reciprocate—although, effort is always appreciated. I do not mind if English is not your first language; however, if I cannot grasp the content of your replies on my own, I will ask you to clarify via PMs.
— I prefer to roleplay in rooms; however, I am not opposed to confining nsfw threads to wall or PMs. Please let me know which you'd prefer before we begin writing.
— I prefer plotting and the intricacies of it. That being said, I understand it can be time-consuming, so I am fully opened to winged threads just as long as we have a skeleton prompt to go off of. If you'd like to drop a random starter, feel free to. However, my decision to respond to your starter will depend on my muse and the direction I sense I can go with your starter.
— I am a little finicky with plotting out romance; however, if our writing chemistry match well together, then I may consider it. NO ex-lover plots for Silas unless you're a certain someone,, you know who you are.
— I really appreciate positive feedback. It helps me maintain my muse, and your enthusiasm lets me know that you're exuberant about our plot too.

Silas Ciarán came to me unexpectedly. My creative rivers were running dry, and I was desperate to be a part of something that would liven up my spirits again towards writing. I saw ADs about Magicians, but my muse to join an AU was very very low. So given that, I didn't pay much attention to the blog ADs about the houses. But one night, I decided to reserve this random character to see if I would somehow find the energy to write again. I had high doubts.

I spent a good hour or two piecing together his name and placing different faces for how I wanted his aura to exude. It would be important to note now that Koo Junhoe of iKon was not my first choice for Silas. I ran down a list of faceclaims that held a certain mysterious darkness in their features. I went from Kim Seokjin of BTS, Min Yoongi of BTS, Lee Seunghoon of WINNER, Kim Hanbin (B.I.), Bobby from iKon. But none seem to fit that particular puzzle piece. Until I placed Junhoe into the face of Silas, and it all came together. Even in the K-pop industry, Junhoe is known for his masculine and dark features. He has a strong, mysterious (and sometimes off-putting) feel to his presence. Though he is a complete sweetheart, I now know. He just fit so well.

As I officially began writing Silas, words and ideas flowed so easily. It both scared me and excited me. Never have I ever been able to relate and write and piece together the history and personality and quirks of a character so so very easily and cohesively. I'd like to say that he became a part of me, but that would be far from the truth. Writing Silas has both been the greatest journey in my writing career so far and the greatest tragedy for I dearly care for him so much as though he were a living person. He has so much real pain, real goals to pursue, and choices to make that many of us experience. Though—I think that's what make these characters of ours so special. They are simply a reflection of our own fears, hopes, dreams, and horrors.
