When she was a human, she used to be a kind girl with a golden heart. People likes her carefree personality as she was innocent and pure, true to her words and generous to the others, good or bad, she still helped them to whatever they need.

When she was turned, she had turned submissive and dependent to her supposed husband. She became needy of guidance and desperate for his attention, her memories of her human self was blocked in her mind forever and cannot be dug up on. She is sometimes confused about what she remembers from her very small fragments of memories but she concealed it when her husband is beside her. But over time, she starts to become wary of her husband and starts to be stubborn as Vermilla regains some of her old memories, she ran away from their home and changed her name every two centuries.

Vermila then travels  all over the world to record what the human has made, history and the philosophies of man. Then she stayed in New York where she discovered Lunaria and studied there until she graduated and became a teacher of human history.

 

 

Irina Vermilla Valvetine was born in March 29 in a small village south of Cambridge. Her mother was a Chinese immigrant while her father was a former travelling merchant now residing to his hometown as a shopkeeper. Vermilla is the only daughter and the youngest among four children in their family, her older brother Victor was an aspiring doctor. Vermilla and Victor were once close with each other but when she turned 10 years old and Victor was 20, he left the house to study more about medicines from other countries. The only once left was Vincent, Vice and Vermilla. They start helping their mother and father with their work to ensure that they will once help them when they grow up and marry their lovers. When Vermilla turned 18, her beauty is undeniably exotic as she resembles her mother's appearance as well as her skin that is almost as white as the snow. But tragedy strikes when Vermilla's mother died by the hands of an animal but this was the first case in their village that such animal would attack their mother at night. They mourned for days until they burried her and tries to continue living without their mother and Vermilla took responsibility to continue her mother's tailor shop.

When Vermilla turned 23, she met a man, an outsider yet an aristocrat from far away land. They used to meet whenever he visits Vermilla in her tailor shop. Their friendship developed over time until she completely fell in love with the man, few months later, the gentleman asked for her to marry her. Vermilla's father was impressed by the man's effort to take care of her and agreed to marry her daughter. The day of their marriage, Vermilla wore a wedding dress that her mother was supposed to work on and continued it for this day. When they put their rings in, blood had spilled on the church's ground as her family became a feast for her groom-to-be. Her eyes widen with fear in her eyes before she looked back at her groom only to meet his eyes with red orbs and his fangs showing as he smiles down to his bride-to-be. She was about to run but his holding with hers and forcibly pulled her back to him, "You are the perfect wife for me and forever you will be with me." Then he bites her neck and Vermilla is in no shape to fight back until she was too weak to move. In her final moments, her groom bites his lip until it bleeds, he leaned closer to her and kissed Vermilla while transferring his blood into . Vermilla was awakened as a vampire and her memories of the past was blocked in the very depth of her mind, she was forever chained to obey her husband and serve him as her master. She was molested and violated by her master but slowly, her mind starts to make her see the small fragments of her old memories which she eventually learned that she was once a human. In her hundred year as a vampire, she plans to escape from her husband. The way she did was to become stubborn but it turned out that it only made her difficult to get out of her prison, and she suffered series of severe migrain coming from her husband that she endured until she had a chance to escape one night. She ran through the snowy forest with her ragged dress as she mindlessly ran away from her evil husband, Vermilla saw a light ahead and she had thought she was safe but it was her husband. Smiling down at her and grabbed her head to give her one last excrutiating head pain as she screamed on top of her lungs before he shoved a special potion gave to him by an unknown warlock. This made Vermilla lose consciousness and fell into an eternal slumber, he put her to her coffin and carried it whenever he travels. But at some point, the husband had enough of carrying her coffin around that he has no use for her and buried her under an abandoned house. (will change some details later)

At 21st century, many years had passed, war had broke out, peace had been made and countries trading their goods with others became smoother. However, Vermilla's coffin slowly popping out one of the walls of the sewers, thanks to the moles and rats digging with it. One night, a thief was chased by the police for breaking in to one of the apartment building. She hide inside the abandoned house and went to the basement where she discovered a passage way to the sewers. She was about to find a way to get away from the cops when she tripped into Vermilla's coffin. Curiosity hit her and opens the casket, only to meet the vampire's sharp fangs dugged into her skin and drinks her blood. Weakened and drained, she tried to fight off the vampire who took her blood. Vermilla stopped and looked her first victim for hundreds of years, she touched her cheek only to awaken her power. She starts convulsing as she absorbed thief's memories and identity, Vermilla's mind starts to change as the memory of her victim had conquered her knowledge and morality. She jolted up and saw what she did, she killed a human. With fear now enveloped her mind due to adapting her victim's memories, she took the thief's clothes and wear it before she ran away. She lived in Brooklyn, New York for a year as she starts reading some newspapers she could afford to catch up with the latest news from the world and eventually got an unusual coin on the road only to find the district of Lunaria and Mystique Institute. There she needs to learn more about what happened to the world... and also finding her real and old memories from her pasts.
