Pathumwan, Thailand.  as the youngest daughter to a wealthy family of four, her older brother included, Leilani grew up accustomed to living life the 'Dairoenkul way'.

A life that was meant for success and qualms were meant to be little to none on however it is achieved, so long as she followed the footsteps of her brooding father that was at the top of investment corporations. It all seemed alright at first, to a young Leilani who thought that her family and the expectations (albeit, rather intense) that came with was normal. but day by day, running under a constant loop of mundane schedules slowly became exhausting— suffocating, almost.

Even when it was the only way to get on her dad’s good side, her mother never having had the chance to have a say— it wouldn’t be too long before the girl wanted to take on more. Hell... she wanted to be more. Certainly anything but the capitalistic carbon copy her father had been trying to shape her up to be.

Somewhere within middle school, it started slow. sneaking away after class towards the nearest dance studios and taking up whatever workshop she could whenever she found the time. From the confinements of her room she’d be squeezing in time to study her favorite dance styles, dancers she idolized inspiring her to soon start coming up with choreography of her own.

Through the steady sea of rebellion, Leilani’s participation in workshops soon evolved into competitions and underground dance battles where she would steadily make a name for herself. At long last, she now had something to call her own, her pride and joy that would ultimately become the inspiration for the Studio Danz that stands until this very day.

As of now, despite running through the turmoil of her parents’ eventual divorce and ultimately deciding to cut ties with her father, Leilani— who now goes by Lani, aims to remain a strong-willed visionary, where she believes that through dance, “One is only a step away from reaching their fullest potential, and literally.” So all in all, with the same way she takes life, she just keeps at it, waiting to discover how the rest of her story unfolds

Lani (pronounced lah-nee) is her alias, derived from not only being a short form of her first name, but most essentially, the word felony. It was coined after a statement referring to her in the past within her days as an underground dancer, it should be a crime to dance this good.

Currently, she is the muse as well as global ambassador for brands such as: Celine. Bottega Venetta. Bulgari, etc. Including (but not limited to) her affiliation with such, she has been able to attend various fashion events and also has experience walking on the runway.

She has 2 british shorthair cats named Luxe and Lumi. Rather than referring to them as pets, Lani sees Luxe and Lumi her very own (fluffy) babies. They were originally sought out as companions to combat loneliness and any other sort of negative emotions. Before You Approach Me

Important. Please try to have something in mind and read my profile before actually talking to me about roleplaying. If you'd like, feel free to send me a random starter! The more unique or out of the box, the better.

Mun's timezone is GMT +8 with a sporadic sleep schedule, so you will easily catch me on and off. I'd like to think I'm relatively chill, so don't hesitate to approach me for anything.

Writing style. I do script and para, whilst being fairly flexible with povs. Lengthwise, I try my best to adjust and mirror with whatever my writing partner is most comfortable with.

Plotting style. I prefer mostly plotting over winging, but do not mind both. My favourite genres can fluctuate from a variety of themes depending on my mood and the dynamic of characters but overall, I'm chill with most topics and I do like meshing ideas together whilst letting there be enough room for the plot to flow.

Should you be curious, however, my favourite genres tend to gravitate more towards slice of life, angst and drama. I'm capable of diving into NSFW themes as I am of age, although may only be included so long as it contributes to character development and/or the plot itself. Anything otherwise may easily burn me out.

I'm also fine with writing starters and will do so most times if I have enough of base to work with and if it makes sense for me to do it.

I would appreciate it if you do not poke me. I'm able to keep track of most, if not, all threads I've got and will most likely get to them in an adequate amount of time (rarely later than 4-5 days) because I'd genuinely want to push out quality replies, especially if my muse is on the rise. Communication is key, so please do feel free to tell me whether you'd like to add to the plot, start another one or simply drop a thread.

Location preferences. Honestly speaking, I tend to go and roleplay anywhere I can. I like using rooms for the most part just for the sake of keeping up with activity, walls when I'm busy, and I'm okay with PMs as well. Most plots I do are public friendly too with or without trigger warnings included, and when they aren't, I take them to PMs.
