Traits:

Loyal - if he realises there's a possibility for a loved one to be in danger, he'll be all over them in a heartbeat to make sure they're alright. 
Hardworking - while often appearing scatterbrained and not the most intelligent of creatures, Feiyu will devote himself to any task given.   
Attentive - with the best interests of his friends in mind, it's surprising how much he can pick up on body language and social cues. 

Flaws:

Loud - when he really gets talking with someone, it's almost impossible to shut him up again until the conversation is well and truly over, this can make him quite frustrating to deal with. 
Doesn't have much of a concept of where to draw the line with things, so he often pushes more than he intends to, and it leads to a lot of regret for him.   
He can be rough without intending to be - Feiyu has been known to forget that not everyone wants to be ragged around and held all the time, but he's working on improving it. 
He takes rejection badly - if someone worms their way into his heart, he finds it difficult to stop clinging to the idea that they may come back for him.
