general overview
hello! you can address to me as my fc's name (sijia) or xina since my un is quite lengthy. my timezone is gmt +3 and i averagely reply within a week or less, depending on the length and brainpower. if i don't reply within 10 days, feel free to poke me in the pms.
writing style
i mainly write in third pov, detailed or semi-detailed, and as long as multi-para depending on the plot. i could also try out first script or detailed. i tend to mirror but i try my best to keep it concise and detailed at the same time if you tell me not to. my starters might be a little long at times but that's because i like setting the mood and setting of the plot, so don't feel oblige to mirror my replies as well!
plotting preferences
a general plot is a yes, and it can be simple as well! plots don't have to be very elaborate and we can work things out as we go. winging is a 50-50 for me, i can work best if there's at least a general idea for it. if you'd like to plot, feel free to approach to me in my dms! i don't have exact preferred genres so anything under the sun is a-okay, except that i'm not too keen for ual stuff

personality! sijia is overall a chill and outgoing person who loves to help out everyone as long as she got the time in her hands. you could say she is an extroverted introvert. she keeps to herself when around new people and in foreign places. after a while of getting to know people, she opens herself to others. sijia is a fiercely independent person that can be both her strength and her downfall. she is a little bit spotaneous and passionate about the things and people she loves. too much change in her life all at once can also scare her. mbti wise, she is in between an isfj and isfp.
Chapter I.
Sijia’s father was full of spontaneity – after his wife suggested they go to her hometown, Yeongwon, for a short family vacation, he proposed that they should leave the big city and settle for a quiet life in her hometown permanently. Sijia was fifteen when they moved places, but she did not feel any remorse when leaving Shanghai. Being in a bustling city, you’re not really getting any strong bonds with another friend, everything there was moving too fast (guess that's a good thing for her).
Chapter II.
It was not only tiring but it was scary to be in an entirely new place. As newcomers from foreign land, Sijia was intimidated with the curious eyes always on her. Even more struggled trying to talk to the other kids as she did not know a word to say other than simple greetings in Korean. Shy little Sijia stayed in the comforts of her home whenever possible and rarely played outside with the other children. On some days, she would visit her artisan grandfather who had his workshop by the beach; she’d watch him work with ceramics and make many pots and trinkets that the girl would bring home by the end of the day. Shortly, she was persuaded by her grandfather to try out surfing and soon it became something she could not see herself live without.
Chapter III.
Sijia tried her best to learn the language and make friends with the townspeople, but she’d much prefer to be in her own company along with some people she is very close with. In the summer, she is always on the beach by the surf shop tinkering boards or teaching people how to surf. During the colder seasons, she lends a hand on the other shops, works in her mother’s bakery, or escapes to her grandfather’s workshop to watch him do pottery.
Bonus Chapter.
When it was time for her to go to college, her parents decided to fly her to Shanghai to get her education. While Sijia was eager to fulfill her parents’ wishes, she did not see herself go down this path (and also she got awfully homesick). Before entering her third year, Sijia dropped out and went back to Yeongwon to continue her higher studies in another time.

people say sijia is hard to get but in reality, she's not someone jumping on relationships right away. she prefers to get to know others deeply before engaging in something further, which might take a very long time.
