born into a lower middle class family, seheun has always struggled with the fact that she didn't have a lot growing up. the fact that her parents seemed to always be arguing about something, which coincided with neglecting their children, only made things worse. this appeared to be something that went on for generations on both her mother and father's side  of the family.  these things cause her to often see the world in a very negative light and made her extremely desperate and determined to break the cycle and not follow the same path.
