• Background: Aeri was turned into an orphan after her parents caught in a fire when she was just five years old. She didn't remember much about her parents but her grandmother said that her father was a great surgeon. She then lived with her aunt who thought of her nothing but a burden for her family. She used the miney that Aeri's parents left to gamble and ended up in huge debt, forcing Aeri to get part time job to pay for her own school bills and daily needs. At the end of her 2nd year in high school, she heard about a scholarship for a prestigious university in South Korea and aiming to get that, so she began study harder along with learning Koreans. After a lot of difficulties, she managed to get the shcholarship, leaving Japan with no regret, hoping that this new life could bring her happiness.
