A violent ex-con that recently got out of jail
Klemens was born to a foreign diplomat and his wife on the west side of town. When he was young he had several violent outbursts, but most of those went unnoticed until the one that didn't... His parents were scared of him and he could tell. He ran away from home at 14, finding himself on the east side where he released his frustrations through violence until someone took him in as a cage-fighter. He enjoyed it, more than he probably should have. Even with that outlet for his rage, anyone that pissed him off ended up with him attacking them, until the day that his best friend turned him over the police. He was sent to jail for a few years, and last year he was finally released back on to the streets of New Seoul.

Plot Ideas:

1. Someone's been following you for the past few weeks and you've noticed them getting closer and closer to you and now it's really starting to worry you. You've known Klem for a few years and you know that he's involved in something violent, and so you've turned to him to ask for help with whoever this stalker of yours is.

2. For a long time, you and Klemens were close, almost like brothers. Then one day someone came asking about a guy that you'd helped him beat the out of a couple of days before. You tried to avoid giving anything away, but when someone accused you you turned around and placed all of the responsibility of Klemens. Klemens got out of jail last year and you've been dreading the day that he came after you, but now it's time to face your old demons.

3. You need money, everyone knows that, and Klemens has an idea. He's got knowledge of a shipment of [insert expensive things here] coming into the city. If you can both manage to get your hands on a box or two you'll be set for a year or two. Of course, that will mean getting into the west side without any s deciding that you're acting too suspicious.
