personality. pretty open and accepting. pretty chill and likes to keep people around him comfortable and happy. he is not one to worry too much or overthink things, he just likes to live as it is and deal with whatever comes when it happens. he's very honest and straight forward and not one to go behind other's back. he's also not someone who holds grudges and is willing to forgive and forget. exception is when it concerns his family.

rantaro doesn't really care what other's think of him, of his manners or how he dresses. he doesn't care if they try to tell him that his dream is a dead-end as he has built up enough confidence for himself to be able to disregard those. he is far more worried about what he'll wear for their next gig at that small empty bar that gave them a chance to perform next week.

ACT I. born as the third oldest son of a yakuza leader and a domestic housewife, rantaro grew up surrounded by siblings. there is currently seven of them. his oldest brother who now works as a doctor, an older sister who is now finishing college, the twins now in high school, also the closest to him in age, a younger sister in middle school and his youngest sibling in pre-school. within such a big family and with his father having such a hig-risk job, it was hard getting any attention in the house, and that's how rantaro became so sociable and found his own way to get attention from the various friends he collected through his school life. he liked keeping his father's status in the lime light since he doesn't want other's to see him as 'the son of that man'. most of his siblings were the same.

ACT II. most of his school life was chill, with not too much happening other than the usual children dillemmas and teenage angst. the only exception being when he was 15, him and the, then 12-year-old, twins got taken in by one of his father's enemies who requested for a ransom in the form of his father giving up some of his means and products to the man. This lasted only for a good five days before his father's men found them and got them out and from then on they were controlled for a while but nothing like that ever happened again so they're back ot their initial freedom which rantaro is trully thankful for.

ACT III. through keeping himself away from his father's work he grew into who he is today. he doesn't care for how other's see him and he has his own ways of getting what he wants, not needing to step down to intimidation or any similar tactics. being a lover of music, he is an aspiring artist, wanting to be a singer and guitarist, he works hard on his guitar skills. has a small band with a few friends and they have a small channel where they post covers of their rock versions of popular pop songs.
