Born and raised in the bay area, jongho was always striving to be the best he could, even if it was at the expense of his health and well being. he and his family relocated back to south Korea when he was 14, and he knew when he saw the violence that took place in seoul that he wanted to be a police officer. his parents were simple people with simple needs, and he joined the force to not only fufill his need to be praised and his need to win, but to take care of them in their old age as well. they gave up everything for him to have a good life, he just wanted to return the favor. jongho is a communications deputy, and he specializes in plan organization. if something big is coming their way, he is one of the forefront people planning a coordinated attack to take it down.

jongho never quite saw himself as the dating time. he's had a few one off one night stands, but he is mostly interested in his work versus a relationship.
