yujin's quiet demeanor, paired with her porcelain-doll-like facial features, earned her all those names, uttered quietly in corners, behind a palm in front of one's mouth, whispered secretly, but loud enough to be a public secret.

There was a reason for her quietness, though, and it wasn't your everyday shyness. as much as she wasn't overly talkative, she wasn't unnecessarily shy, because, as her mother would say, to be shy is for people who don't have any other talent. she was just taught that words are important, they have a weight and a meaning and you shouldn't spill them aimlessly, but treasure them and gift them only to people who care enough to appreciate them and you.

that's why the times spent in the asylum with her mother after the older woman was diagnosed were quiet and eerie, tranquil in the heavy silence, emotions conveyed without words, like only a mother and daughter can. at rare times only the sharp snap of a sewing machine could be heard as it helped calm her mother down - the repetitive sound, movement and feeling was an excellent exercise for a person with a mental illness.

after a long time of the nurses in the clinic praising her for her looks and saying she should be an idol, yujin finally decided to file her audition for an up-an-coming company, called lunar entertainment.

it was a a concept only utilized by companies and groups that had courage and balls, so she was more than happy to be a trailblazer.
