At a young age, Hoseok has always been interested with body building and music. His passion for growing his body has led him into a field that he adores deeply. It wasn't until he was in his teens that he saw just how awful most idols/trainees were treated, especially with food and exercise. Hoseok started out as a personal trainer all through out college but as soon as the opportunity arrived? He jumped to be part of a record label with a guarantee for proper nutrition as well as healthy bodies.
