You can say Minji's life since childhood is not easy. Her father died not long after she was born. Since then she has lived only with his mother and older brother. Her mother only worked as a chef at a local restaurant. Thus she and her brother, Minhwan, promised each other they'd be a good student so that they can get a proper jobs in the future. Being rich was the siblings' dream at that time.
Minji and Minhwan were very close back then. Minhwan was her father's substitute. A place to lean on. A role model. When other girls would say their first love was their father, for Minji, it was Minhwan. Minhwan was everything you could ask in a guy. Handsome, strong, clever, and kind.

Minji is a bit tomboy. Even since she was a child, she is very responsible. She likes to taking control of everything which people often think of her as a bossy person. Which actually... she's not. She's just a perfectionist who wants everything went smoothly and comes in a great result.
Very honest person. She never sugarcoats her words. Thus some might thought of her as a harsh person. Though outside but actually is very soft hearted inside.
