kim younghoon

Younghoon is an only child of two farmers, he grew up in the country side. Ever since he was a child, he helped out his grandma in the kitchen, thus was born his love for baking. His grandmother was a professional pastry chef, teaching him everything he knows.
After graduating from the highschool, he worked multiple jobs and saved money to move to Seoul. After multiple failures, he managed to open his own patisserie - of daisies and vanilla. 
Sadly, (tw) after many unsuccessful fights with the cancer, his beloved grandmother had passed away and he got a new dream - to keep baking, introducting the whole world to his grandmother's recipes and making people feel warm with them.
Younghoon is a down-to-earth, kind and kinda introverted. His friends discribe him as someone with a big heart, huge love towards animal and planet. He has a small garden on the balcony of his apartment, where he grows out lots of his ingredients - like strawberries and other berries. He is all about ecologically clean food and believes that the food tastes better when the ingredients are grown in the soil, bathing in the sunshine and cared after with love.
He has a white poodle named bisquit, who always accompany him to the patisserie and is /the real/ owner of it.
