dragons were thought to be only a myth until recently. this is why chaeyoung's kind was never threatened by other species or humans. not that they found them a pester either though. territorial and usually short-tempered, dragons moved alone or in groups to attack and conquer new lands for themselves. when do act, they tend to be disastrous and murderous without an inch of mercy for those that have wronged them. chaeyoung used to ride along those lines too, she was also one of her kind. however, as time passed by, she realized that only destroying and disappearing everything that came across her path was such a predictable way of living and didn't deserve all of her time. just like that, she strayed away from the rest and began her journey towards a more fulfilling lifestyle. 

while on her journey, she encountered many other species and even humans. she had learned about their customs, habits and way of living that she could never experience when she lived deep into the woods. she grew fond of it, wanting to be able to live in the same fashion. after skipping from town to town, chaeyoung finally found magnolia springs. the place was beautiful, breathtaking in its own charming way in the tatsu's eyes. sooner rather than later, she settled down at that small and lovely town, using the knowledge she had recollected throughout the years to work and then start her own business: a tea house.these days, she dedicates herself to her tea house fulltime and lives peacefully, interacting with other residents. it's a life she loves and thinks can hold more to it than just pure chaos. 

chaeyoung was always of the calmest and quietest of the group. doted with great patience and overflowing grace, the tatsu dragon was known for her immense benevolence and heart. even among certain kind of dragons, this wasn't usual. after she started mingling with humans, she also developed  new traits like kindness and empathy. those who know her best would say she is an elegant and refined lady on the outside, but a powerful and dominant dragon inside. she has her moments when she shows her natural self, silencing anyone with a single glance thrown at them. overall, seeing her in person always accounted for more than what tales told.
