Born to a couple that was never the most stable, Tsuki's early years weren't the greatest. Her father was out most of the time, on some sort of business. He never got home until late at night, and that was when Tsuki heard her mother screaming and crying. As Tsuki grew, she became more and more attached to her mother, whilst she grew colder to her father. Of course her father didn't like this, and he changed his work schedule to be home more often, even working from home most days. If there was ever a moment that she wasn't studying quietly in her room, her father dealt with it, quickly and violently. This was when she discovered her sonoportation abilities, and her father grew more hateful of her.
Once she reached the age of twelve, both her and her mother had grown to be terrified of her father. Together they packed a small bag and were leaving together, determined to start a new life. Instead, her father shot her mother in the stomach. As her mother laying dying, Tsuki screamed and cried, but something happened. Her screams seemed different, and those in the nearest five houses began to develop their own abilities, including her father. She didn't want to leave her mother, and clung to her body, before something hit her, causing her whole body to seize up and stop moving. After that, her father locked her in the basement, paralysing her everytime he wanted to see her or give her food. She could hear everything he said and see every picture her showed her, she just couldn't move to get away from any of it, and when he wasn't there she couldn't hear or see anything, stuck blindfolded with noise cancelling headphones on.
When she was eighteen a group broke into her home and took both her and her father to a warehouse. The leader told her that they would let her father go if she told them to. Instead she sat in silence, watching as they killed her father. They told her that they knew who she was, and that she could help make everyone equal, and that's how she became a member of Initiation.
Now she's parading as a singer in a rock/metal band, growing an audience whilst planning to find a way to get their fans into Initiation, or to forcibly mutate them during a large concert.

Personality
Tsuki is both curious of everything around her and cautious of anyone that comes too close to her. She wants to trust people, but finds it hard to trust people. She knows what Initiation wants her for, but she doesn't know how to control her screams without the pain, and it scares her that someone in Initiation might get impatient waiting for her to get control of her mutation inducement and instead find a quicker way to do it.

She struggles with controlling and hiding her emotions, never having been taught to have a sense of impulse control. There is nothing that she hates than her father. In her eyes he took away her childhood and her freedom, forcing her down a path that she doubts she would have taken otherwise. On the contrary she loved her mother more than anything, having seen that her mother had tried to help her choose her own path.

Likes: Ants and bugs, her phone, blankets, anything red or green
Dislikes: Crowded places, being alone in the dark, strobe lights, cats and dogs, being touched without warning
Where to find her: While she's usually in her room or Initiation meetings, on occasion Tsuki can be found buying fruits and flowers, at the cinema, at the graveyard, or by the river. She can be in other places but those are the ones she tends to visit alone at least once a month.

 

Powers:
Sonoportation: Through sound she is able to transport herself. This can be sound that she has made or sound from other things. She can only transport as far as the sound will be audible to the average human and she has to be able to hear the sound herself.
Mutatation Inducement: When she is in intense emotional, psychological, or physical pain, any scream she emits will mutate those in a 50 foot (15m) radius around her that can hear the scream. Earplugs and noise cancelling headphones can negate this.

 

Plots
1. Grudge - Born human, now superhuman
It was eight years ago. You heard a gunshot, and then a scream, and that's when your life changed. Something within you mutated you, forcing you into something that wasn't human. Recently, you've seen Tsuki and you recognise her as the girl that lived in the house next to yours, a girl that had seemingly vanished immediately afterwards, and ultimately the one involved in your forced mutation. She doesn't remember you though... 

2. Trust - Human in Initiation
You're somewhat high up in Initiation and you stay in their hostel. You've been desperate for the leader to allow you to become a superhuman, but everytime you try to reason with them, they brush it off as though it's nothing. You're also one of the few people that Tsuki has come to trust and you often wake up to find her sat on your bed, just watching you when she can't sleep. 

3. History - Superhuman in Initiation 
You were one of the ones there on that night two years ago, you helped to kill her father and helped her settle into Initiation, though since then you've noticed her actively avoiding you, until now when you find yourselves stuck in an elevator together.

4. Siren - Superhumans in Initiation in the band.
You are in the band 'Siren' alongside Tsuki. You're all working to grow your fanbase and you're aware of what's going to happen to your friends... Some of you might have sound based powers that you're using, others might have other abilities or even just be human.

5. Comfort - Anyone that Tsuki would have reason to trust
It turns out the six years in the basement and the years of witnessing what happened to her mother didn't exactly do wonders to Tsuki, and now she finds herself overwhelmed with emotions quite often. When she has a meltdown, few people can calm her down again, but you are one of those few people.
