tldr: a dandelion girl through and through. as a resident of the town since her girlhood, she's recently moved back in after a stint out in the big cities where she got her music degree, made connections in the music industry, and now is comfortable as a music composer/lyricist/producer that gets paid the big bucks to not have her name on the credits publicly. of course, not all her music is that way however she makes the most money selling her music and pretending it was someone else who was the main producer of it. it's a way to pay the bills and sujeong's never truly been comfortable with the hustle and bustle of the metropolitans of the world. she much rather be tending to her own music, spending time in dandelion, and enjoying life at her own pace.

her parents divorced during sujeong's last year of high school and while it wasn't a surprise to sujeong, it was still hard for her to deal with. (she remembers the fighting all too well, the arguments, the swearing, the fights, the shattering glass, all of it.) her mother and her father both wanted nothing to do with dandelion, with the home that they had created together since sujeong's birth and it was one of the contributing factors to sujeong deciding suddenly to move away. coupled with her music actually getting somewhere with a full ride scholarship being offered, it was clear that sujeong needed to be in the big city, or at least away from dandelion as the home she always knew fell apart. and so sujeong packed her bags and left, and subsquently her parents packed their bags and left too. while they kept in touch, sujeong was also in a stage of her life where she needed to find herself and fend for herself. four years in the big city did that for her, newly 22 and with more contacts in her phone. her singing career never truly took off, she was maybe mildly popular as an indie artist with her youtube channel and instagram - both called @iloveryu._. however, she was able to sell songs to multiple buyers and had steady job offers coming in and out of her inbox. after establishing herself for two years, she felt comfortable enough to move out of the city and back to the place where her heart truly yearned. she was ready to be back in dandelion, the place she had grown up in and was the most comfortable in. sujeong resolved to make beautiful memories in her hometown to make up for the sour taste that she had to leave on.

sujeong is super chill. nothing truly gets her off balance. she can be quite involved in her work and forget to take breaks to actually take care of herself, but she loves what she does and doesn't mind dedicating herself to her music. she has multiple interests other than music and when she remembers to, she loves to be in nature and get inspired by it. if she actually had time, she'd try and garden - but we all know that's not the best idea. sujeong is friendly and sweet and has known almost everyone in dandelion since birth and although perhaps her six years away from dandelion has changed some things, she recognizes everything well enough and is happy to be back. she does not like discussing her parents' divorce and that is probably the only topic she actively steers away from. other than that, sujeong's an open book, easygoing, and always looking for fun.

lee dohyun // one night stand turned fling; a fellow music nerd that sujeong enjoys her time with. what first began as just a one night exchange has evolved into a friendly fling.
lee minho // besties; best friends from high school that lost touch after sujeong's move. now that she's back, she's determined to reconnect with one of her closest friends!
joshua hong // pen pals; from an old elementary school project where older students were pen pals to the younger students, their friendhip has evolved to her helping out with music at the funeral home. sujeong and joshua look like polar opposites but that doesn't stop them from being friends.
