In a faraway place called Qingqiu, a vast green plain surrounded by the green covered mountains, a place filled with nature with a few small farmland appeared within, hence it name was meant to be a green valley. In this place, all magical beasts live together with other being that manage to absorbed the LingQi and JingQi in the air. It is a powerful resource, much like Mist, however, it was used by magical beast, the spirit of the mundane animal, the luck animal that live for hundred of years as well as the plant that stayed in this area for too long that able to absorb such energy through their body. So in this place, many being was living harmoniously together, beast and plant, all thing that come alive and choose to have a human form. The royalty of this place was the JiuWeiHu, meant nine-tails fox, a distant cousin of the Kitsune. However, different than Kitsune, JWH do not gain their tails, yet, similar to Kitsune, the mix races between a normal one tail fox with the nine-tails one would produce a range of tails, then those continues being mixed, making the nine-tails a signature of the pureblood one. Those mix blood, like Kitsune, have a chance to get all nine-tails if their blood line wasn't so polluted, even the rare chance that with their blood line so mixed, they still manage to trigger the nine-tails lineage and become part of the royalty. They are treated as equal like the born pureblood, as it meant those that trigger their lineage was said to be destine to be part of the greater good. Even so, for the reason of what Kitsune resemble, he doesn't like to be called something as equal to the mix blood.
Born as a pureblood, Jeremy was the direct descendant of the royalty, however, being born as a male, he was destined to never get the throne. Not that he wanted it anyway as he rather lead a life of a traveler, learning the life of the human, experience what he hasn't in distant land. However, he returned to this place every few hundred years if his cultivation was about to having a breakthrough or the few times that he have to experience the heavenly trial by accepting round of lighting strikes. Being born and raise as part of the royal bloodline, some of this movement are quite elegance, but because of being born as the trickery beast, some time the playfulness can be seen on him. Though, certain things are firm for Jeremy, like his clothing style stayed in way in the past, or his habit, that is because in QingQiu, these are still the norm there, even though many have live through centuries of times. Beside that, he can always shape-shifted himself into the form that suit to be what other is, he just choose not to. Also, for the fact he think those clothing style are ugly once he want to keep himself warm. The reason there is at least 5 layers on his body at all time, not to mention the cloak that he occasionally put on. It was just that, during one of his trial, he was injured and later afraid of the cold.
He have yet to experience his Love Trial or his Life Trial, other than the lightning strikes trails that came in group of 7. When he was 10000 years old, he have experiences 7 groups of lightning strikes, bringing his status to Xian within the royal family. Not everyone able to get to certain status, even with their ages. Status of cultivation often outrank other status, making him somewhat arrogant as well.
