—  Their History

Kuja is a genome created by Garland in 1776 with the sole purpose of inciting as many wars as possible for the process of assimilating Terra into Gaia to one day overthrow it. However the genome was deemed as a failure and since left to his own devices in favor of Zidane.

 

Kuja was created as he is meaning when it comes to childhood memories he has none to reference or speak of, thus being unable to properly understand nostalgic things such as children playing games, or going over to spend time with friends to seek bonds.

Since these origins Kuja has been distancing himself from outward villainy, preferring the life of an aristocrat, being incredibly knowledgeable on all the finer things in life and speaking in manners which reflect this. Though sometimes, every now and then you may find him planning something with his fellow villains.

Due to having no background information to grasp or hold onto this has made Kuja incredibly narcissistic in contrast to some of his fellow genome brethern, unable to take the knowledge of his own mortality only furthers this behaviour further.  However those who have dealt with him after being defeated by Zidane have seen some humilty foster though this is in its infant stages and not always a guarentee.

Kuja speaks in metaphores and riddles, its unclear if this came from when he was created or when intergrating into aristocratic society. Due to this its easy to misunderstand what he means.

Riding various kinds of dragons his favorite being of a silver color, collecting books on old magic, creating ice sculptures in winter if only for a party he hosts.

Kuja has silver hair that falls halfway down his back. At 24 years old, Kuja is the youngest main antagonist in the Final Fantasy series. He wears a large feather in his hair, has light-blue eyes and pale complexion, and is of medium height and light build. He wears white sleeves with a violet mantle around his shoulders. A white robe covers the back of his legs down to his ankles held up by four straps that act as a codpiece. He wears armored, dark purple boots, with golden buckles.
