what does it feel to get dragged almost seven thousand miles across the atlantic ocean to a foreign land with a concrete jungle filled with the unknown. easy - just ask yunjin. born into a family of two parents and a younger sister, yunjin lived a hectic life moving from seoul to new york city where'd she'd live the majority of her life. with both of her parents having wealthy and influencial careers, yunjin never had to care about lifes cruelities. she grew up with a loving family, had a roof over her head, food on her plate, and supporting parents who did anything to fund her endeavors. from a short lived soccer carrer in the first grade to classes for opera singing to buying her an ipad in middle school to explore digital arts - she was always well taken care of. the latter however, was where she'd be exposed to the real world.
filled with an overwhelming reality to all that goes on in places she's never even heard of, she found a passion in informational media that not only looked good, but could reach people her age. with all that the world has to offer - both good and bad, yunjin dedicated her time to orgs in high school - from being the president to five clubs to the editor for her schools yearbook two years in a row, yunjin had a drive to do more. with a chance to move back to korea to reconnect with her roots and a scholarship to a university (nwu), she packed her bags and started her new life in her place of origins.
