Gui Wen came from a loving family consisting his dad and younger sister. When he was a kid, his mom left them for a rich man which he kept asking his dad when she is coming back. As he got older, Wen decided to audition for every company to become a trainee in any of them. After failing many auditions, he never gave up and managed to get in to Daybreak Entertainment. His dad and younger sister are very supportive of  and happy for him wanting to become an idol so they became his biggest cheerleaders. Even though he appreciates their support, all Wen wanted was to have his mom see him shine even though she was too busy with her own life in which she was never around to begin with. After having high hopes of wanting to see his mom, Wen has decide to give up on that as realization hit him that his own mom is never coming back so he resent her. He knew better that it's time to face reality and move on with his own life instead of wasting his time waiting for his mom to come around.
