Hyeok owns a love hotel and teaches Shibari classes. His greatest passions are shopping, limited-edition clothes, and . His job takes up the rest of his time. All in all, he's driven mostly by primal desires. He's more into 'doing' than 'thinking'. The only reason why his work is top-notch is because his bosses are... highly motivating.

Hyeok comes from a normal family His father is Korean, his mother Russian and he was born and raised in Vladivostok, Russia. He never fit in as well as he would have liked. Hyeok was 'too gay'. Perhaps things would have been different if he'd lived in Moscow, but he didn't. After high school he left to study in Japan and soon dropped out. His parents nearly lost their minds, but Hyeok was having the time of his life.

His style grew more androgynous, he grew his hair out, dyed it blonde, got tattoos and piercings, and developed a significant ual appetite. Ironically, in a country where the nail that stands out gets hammered down, he found his people among the misfits.

Two years ago, he moved to Korea and became the owner of a love hotel in the middle of the nightlife district. While his parents are not entirely comfortable with this either, they much prefer it to whatever he was doing back in Japan. They never asked him how a 23-year-old suddenly gets a valuable piece of property signed over to them, and that's for the best. Hyeok's activities in Japan were not... legal, and now in Korea that has not changed.

The hotel is in his name and he gets involved in day-to-day management, but the true owners are a certain Yakuza group headquarted in Osaka. Sometimes he holds product at the hotel, sometimes he washes money, sometimes he'll clear a room for them to use, and when Hyeok is working the counter... drugs are always available.
