Euroasian artist Lee Taemin is, more commonly known as LoJo, the founder, lead vocalist, guitarist, and primary songwriter of the rock band Obsidian. Through angst-fueled songwriting and anti-establishment persona, LoJo compositions influenced the thematic conventions of mainstream rock in Korea, Japan, and parts of Europe. They were heralded as a spokesperson of their generation held in highly recognized as one the most influential alternative rock musicians of all time. Although LoJo was hailed as the voice of their generation following Obsidian's sudden success, LoJo began to resent this, believing the public eye had misinterpreted their message and artistic vision.
 Following the later years, LoJo struggled with addiction and chronic health problems such as depression and insomnia. In addition, they grappled with the personal and professional pressures of fame. Five years ago, the artist accidentally overdosed on a combination of champagne and Rohypnol, and they subsequently entered an intervention and underwent a detox program. It was there they met their loving fiance. From that day forth, their relationship blossomed into something that Taemin, the person behind the artist, could only describe as an unconditional and filtered love affair. The couple did everything together, and even when Taemin was ready, LoJo returned to the spotlight healthy, happy, and more fulfilled with their partner by their side. Whether you were a fan of theirs or not, the media had never seen a couple more in love, and they were set to be wed Fall of 2023.
Fall 2022 LoJo closes out their last show in San Francisco. They have a drink or four, their first in three years, in fact, resulting in two car pile-ups caused by ONE intoxicated artist. They managed to escape the accident with minor injuries to themselves and the other driver, but not all weren't so fortunate. Their partner was rushed into emergency surgery. Two days after Taemin awoke in their hospital bed, their memories hazy and vision a blur, they were delivered the unfortunate news of their partner's passing. After three years of sobriety, the weight of one choice broke the ultimate promise costing them the most precious light in their life.
Life afterward is a dark place. Their depression spiraled out of control, their safety net swept from under their feet, and the warm breath of life they once had vanished in a matter of seconds. The responsibility of that night still weighs heavy on their chest, but birthed nee inspiration later earning them the Artist of the Year, Song of the Year award, and various charts entitled 'When star fades.' Taemin knew their partner wouldn't want them to follow so soon in the afterlife when they had more to live. From that day forth, Taemin always vowed to keep LoJo in check. They decided to get up and move cities to start a new life in Crystal Lake. A new musician and person kept their flame lit until it was time to rejoin their

faded star.~
