❛❛ ryder mostly had everything growing up. he had a single mom who tried her hardest to raise him well with the comforts and luxuries she could afford for the both of them.  he couldn't have asked for a better life with her— but, something was missing from his life. he craved excitement and adventure, something that his somewhat sheltered upbringing couldn't provide. so when he heard that a local band was holding auditions, he knew he had to try out for it.

though, no way was he planning to try out as a member. no, no. in fact, he knew they would need someone like him. someone who would get the job done quickly. so, in a metaphorically literal sense— ryder showed up to the auditions with a rubik's cube at hand and a proposal to the girl that would be judging him that he could solve the cube in under 10 seconds. it was a huge claim, coming from a guy that further added that he wanted to be their manager. having already started his studies in business administration, he saw no reason why they would say no. thus, with the swiftness of his nimble fingers, he miraculously stuck to his word and solved the rubik's cube. and, well, after that— it was history. despite having no prior experience in the music industry, ryder impressed the auditioner with his charisma and confidence in his job to get things done. he quickly became their manager, using his acquired skills to secure gigs and promotions behind the scenes. ryder eventually continued to help out the group grow and has been with them ever since。

∿ too formal for his own good. would always end his messages with a "regards, ryder." even if it was on sms or socmed。

∿ barely sleeps. majority of his time is spent trying to book zero end or helping sort out any unnecessary documentation for them。

∿ hates confrontation. would always try to hold off from biting back in an argument or would simply give the other a cold shoulder。
