Fu Xuan is the Master Diviner of the Xianzhou's Alliance Divination Commission. She predicts fortune of future events via her third eye, and is the navigator of the ship.
She is confident and blunt, comparable to a small angry pet at first (probably a tsun but she would never admit that). Following the rules and doing things in a calculated and safe manner is top priority to the sage. She believes every outcome is the best one, not quite optimistic but having trust in the future from her abilities.
