Those who haven't really met Satoru mostly only see one side of him. In the hospital, Satoru is kind and understanding with his patients and tends to know exactly what they need when it comes to treatments, a little gift he had.   

Toward his coworkers Satoru was rather dorky and silly, sometimes came off as flirty but also genuine with his words and gestures. He cared a lot and some may say too much at times. 

Outside of work, Satoru loved to go out, weather it was dancing, drinking or just to be out there, anything but staying in to be completely bored out of his mind. There was a never a night he had stayed in since he became legal and he was always trying to live life to the fullest.  

Satoru grew up in a household that struggled to make ends meet, his parents did everything they could to make sure he had a comfortable childhood, they worked part-time jobs and full-time jobs to provide and make sure that Satoru was never struggling. 

Satoru's grew up learning to appreciate the little things in life and never take anything for granted because life was too short to dwell on small losses. Satoru always had people around him and no one gave him a hard time while growing up, infact everyone seemed to like him no matter where he went. 

Throughout high school Satoru noticed just how much his parents did for him and in return the career path he chose wasn't only to benefit himself but others around him. He graduated top of his class with flying colors and college went just as well to the point he graduated early

Satoru has a younger sibling who he cherishes more than anyone in the world besides his own parents and would do anything to protect her, although she does quite alright protecting herself. Currently they both live together and he even bought a new house for his parents to repay them for everything they have made him to be. He voluntarily shared a house with his sister but only cause he wanted to but because she was the only other person who knew what Satoru was really like. 
He is now one of the best doctors at the ***** Hosputal and is very favorable by not only the patients but staff as well. He had outstanding performances with surgeries that were meant to be difficult and never made promises he knew he couldn't keep.
