Sunoo growing up was doted on by his parents. He's an only child. He could've had a brother but his mom couldn't bear any pups anymore due to health conditions, hence why Sunoo got what he wants growing up but that didn't turn him into a spoiled brat. However, being an only child, he was restricted when it comes to being social.
Growing up, he didn't understand why he's unable to go out on a whim or even make friends during his younger years and it always made him sad whenever they had to move from one place to another and it's frequent as well, causing him to never make a solid connection with anyone or those that he manages to play with for a short period of time.
It was only when he turned 18 that he was told of the changes that will soon be more evident as the previous ones were forgotten by him due to his young age. Once he finally understood who they really are Sunoo worked around that and blended in with humans naturally and here he is now, a cafe/bookstore owner who lives in an apartment, and has friends that he can rely on.
