Bio: Akito is the youngest of three and the only male among the siblings. His oldest sister is a dominant beta, assertive from birth. Confident and good at communicating, she always gets things her way. The second oldest complements the first. A delicate and smart omega, she supports the beta while not being outshined by her. In that configuration, there was no place for Akito. He was the clumsy youngest child who didn't seem to have any special skills. 
His whole life, he has looked up to his sisters, hoping he would be as talented and beautiful as them. Somewhere along the way, secretly trying on their clothes turned into the birth of a whole persona. Merumomo is the nickname of his cross-dressing self, a girl who is confident and happy as Akito has always dreamed of being.
Rank: Beta, though a special one. Instead of having heats and ruts alternately, both hit him at once. It's very overwhelming so he is always under suppressants. They've been working well but he believes he will never find a mate because of his condition. He's able to both knot and omega lock at once and get pregnant and impregnate in the same cycle.

your character is friends with akito and, when the latter has a disagreement with his family, he asks to stay at your characters' place for a few days. however, the kind friend has something else in mind besides lending his couch. he exchanges akito's suppressants with random pills, triggering the rut/heat combo. there isn't much the beta can do besides playing in the hands of the other wolf.
