Oh Baekho was born in Washington DC, USA. His father was the South Korea's ambassador for USA at that time. He spent his early days moving from one country to another depends on where his father being stationed, and he loved every single moment he spent there.

Naturally, his interest for politcal world grew, thus he's been learning the basic since in junior high school, wanting to be just like his father or maybe a minister of foreign affair in South Korea. Baekho is very carefree and easy-going, almost always having fun and throwing flirty words here and there but he is very serious and passionate about what he learned in the university, wanting to be the best at every subjects. He also speaks a fluent English and Japanese, an upper-intermediate level of Chinese and Spanish, and currently learning Deutsch and French.
