history / about / bio
Liu Haoming grew up living a fairly lucky life. His parents loved him, and he was essentially given any opportunity to do whatever he pleased since he was young. At the young age of two, he was quite the talker and expressed an interest in dancing as he bounced along to whatever was on the television. His parents took this as a sign, and put him into classes for traditional Chinese dance from that moment on. He stayed in those classes throughout the entirety of his childhood, taking additional classes for contemporary class when he turned twelve. All the while, he was in school the same as any other kid his age.
At that time, his cousin left the country to pursue a dream of becoming an idol. There was something that seemed to have inspired Haoming when he saw the person he was closest to move, and he began to broaden his music tastes. He would listen to kpop on his way to and from school or dance practice, and if he had the time to he would do his best to learn the dances to some of his favorite songs. Three years passed, and he was fifteen years old. He had learned quite a few dances, and his dance styles he’d focused on had improved significantly and he’d begun to win first place in nearly every competition he was put in, which in some ways helped him to learn choreography more quickly. All of this despite the styles being almost completely different most of the time.
While he could have decided to stay where he was, knowing his family had grown a bit lonely with his cousin gone, he felt a tad smothered. His entire family seemed to want to take him everywhere, never giving him any space when he was away from school or his lessons. Because of this, he applied for an exchange program to finish out high school in the United States. He begged his parents for two weeks straight, having never been told no until this moment. When they finally gave in and gave their permission, he was ecstatic.
He spent the next three years living with a host family who gave him the space he needed, going by the name Kamrin which he fully enjoyed. The name seemed to suit him better, in his own opinion, and within just a year he was fluent in English. He had already been good at it when he was living in Beijing, but moving and being someone who talks as much as him, he’d managed to improve significantly. He continued to practice his dancing in his freetime, which he seemed to have gotten much more of since moving. In his time, he figured that he would attempt to work on a sleep schedule that worked for him.
He would sleep 8 hours every night he had the time to, which of course wasn’t everyday, but it was more than he was allowed in the past. He joined the drama club during his junior year, learning how to and enjoying acting lessons that he would get. He never had a lead role, but in the last musical his senior year he'd managed to get a fairly major role. It was something he’d truly seemed to enjoy, partly due to his friends that he’d made, but also since it was an opportunity to be on stage again. This was something he’d missed since he left home, as he no longer was participating in dance competitions during this time.
After graduation, he got on a plane, heading back to Beijing. He enrolled in university, focusing on dance once more. His family, of course, was back to smothering him as his cousin still hadn’t come back to share the attention. This time, unfortunately, the attention seemed to be even more intense than before he left. It wasn’t until almost two years that he left without saying a word to his family. He submitted an audition to the same company his cousin was in, and upon passing he immediately booked a flight, getting on the plane and sending a quick text message to his cousin before taking off.
“HEY! I’ll be in South Korea in like 2 hours, can you pick me up? THANKS I LOVE YOU!!!”
my beloved
Message to your lover would go right here. Can be as long or short as you want. The picture to the left can also be as long as you want, but must be more than like 45px long. Anyway, yeah, put a message or something here.
You can also use this for links or something idk. Go crazy, go stupid. And know that the text will carry on underneath the picture if you type enough.

Before You Approach Me
•.*★ important。 If you want to rp but don't necessarily have anything in mind, that is completely okay! I am a thousand percent okay with winging, and I am also okay with helping to come up with something that will work for both of our characters! If you reach out first, it would be preferable for you to start but I am completely okay with posting the starter if it makes more sense for the plot that way or if you don't have the time to post it while I do!
Writing & Plotting Style
•.*★ writing style。 I tend to mirror writing style if I'm able to! I can rp in both 1st and 3rd pov, but tend to be just a little faster with 1st pov.
•.*★ plotting style。 I am okay with both plotting and winging! If you want to rp a specific plot with a chara of mine, I will say yes at least 90% of the time, and if I say no I will still be open to rping in general! I'll simply, in that case, make suggestions or ask questions on how things can be altered to work better for both of our charas.
•.*★ overall。 I'll say yes to rping 100% of the time! Please please please reach out to me to rp if you want to form a connection with any of my charas at all!
Activity & Reply Speed
•.*★ important。 I will never poke you, but please feel free to poke me if I haven't replied in a while! I have a reply tracker/worksheet that I keep updated since I have many plots for all my charas, but there is always the possibility of me thinking I replied when I didn't, or not seeing a reply at all. Because these are possibilities, I am completely okay being poked for a reply! Please, however, only poke me if I haven't replied in 3 days. Thank you!
I try to finish all my replies at least once a day. Sometimes I will only have muse for one or two characters, and during those times I will be a bit slower for certain replies compared to others. If you're really into a certain plot, please let me know and I can be sure to prioritize it a bit more when doing replies! I can be pretty active in the OOC room-- a lot of the time this is because I don't have the time to focus my energy into actual rping. I work from home, so I may appear active in the OOC chat but usually I'm only popping in to give myself an occasional breather from work.
Location Preferences
I prefer to keep plots in rooms and on walls! Plotting I prefer to leave in PMs, and I avoid doing plots in PMs but if there are no other locations available I am totally open to rping in PMs as well.
