a london-native who became the youngest winner of the dearly beloved show, british bake off, at the age of eighteen. along with his talent, he quickly became famous for his looks and charming personality, turning into a celebrity baker who guested on numerous shows, wrote cookbooks, etc. fame got into his head and he focused more on partying and less on his craft. after a particularly messy breakup with a famous british girl group member and the absolute failure/closure of his poorly-rated patisserie, he decided he needed to take baking seriously again. he enrolled in a small pastry school and then moved to lavande once he graduated so he could get a fresh start. now he’s on the hunt to find a new pastry chef / baker position.
