Miyoung's upbringing in Seoul, South Korea, was marked by her struggles with skin issues, notably acne, which left her feeling insecure. Frustrated by conventional treatments' lack of effectiveness and side effects, she turned to natural remedies, finding comfort and confidence in their gentle yet powerful effects.

This journey ignited her passion for skincare, leading her to pursue a degree in cosmetic science in college. Motivated by her personal struggles and fueled by a desire to help others facing similar challenges, Miyoung dreamed of creating a skincare line that celebrated the beauty and effectiveness of natural ingredients.

In college, Miyoung's passion for skincare blossomed into a full-fledged obsession. She immersed herself in her cosmetic science studies, delving deep into the intricacies of formulation and research. Fuelled by her desire to revolutionize the industry, she spent countless hours experimenting with natural ingredients, perfecting her formulations in the makeshift laboratory of her dorm room. With each breakthrough, her confidence grew, and she began sharing her creations with friends and family, who marveled at the results.

After graduating, Miyoung wasted no time in pursuing her dreams. Armed with her knowledge and determination, she launched Hanmi Beauté, a skincare brand rooted in the belief that beauty should be both natural and effective. While juggling online sales and modeling gigs, Miyoung poured her heart and soul into building her brand, tirelessly working towards her goal of opening her own boutique. Finally, her dream became a reality as she cut the ribbon of her first boutique in Lavende, France, a physical manifestation of her vision and a sanctuary where beauty and nature harmonized effortlessly.
