Mishil was born the second and last son of the Yoo family. Him and his older brother had been at his grandparents house when they had gotten news that his parents had been in a tragic car accident and didn't make it. Living with his grandmother since the age of 3, Mishil had quickly started helping her out with small things here and there. It wasn't long before he had helped her out with her business that she had owned, a bakery. Even when in school he would show up everyday afterwords and do what he could, or on the weekends. 
It was more often than not that Mishil would wake up earlier than his grandma and have everything ready and made for his grandmother and brother, that at most times it shocked her. Mishil despite having a good relationship with his grandmother, never was able to get along well with his brother. They were always cold and distant towards each other, but Mishil did what he could to try to make him happy, always wanting his approval. 
When mishil turned 19 years old, his grandmother had passed away from an illness, and it had took a devastating impact on him and the business that was handed down to him. 
It had taken a while, but when he had gathered himself together, he had gotten a new place, on his own, and had completely redone the bakery that his grandmother had passed down to him, turning it into a half bakery/bookstore and rebranding it the name Marble's, in memory of his grandmother.
