An enigma of creation at the time, Hoseok was created with flames coursing through his manufactured veins. If anger could be bottled, it would come directly from his blood. Initially a mistake, an over-zealous scientist pushed the bounds of his work to create one of his proudest accomplishments: Ares, the greek god of war confined within a boyfriend body. With a scultped physique that could seduce Aphrodite herself, Lee Hoseok took his first breath within the Build A Boyfriend laboratory. 

Over the years, many customers took interest in Hoseok, but none truly worked out. A few held great promise, but perhaps they could never truly handle him. The manufactured emotions that coursed through him were no easy task to try and extinguish. As the God of War, he seemed to feel most of the negative emotions harbored within the world and it fueled rage within him. Though the years have allowed him to wrangle the fires of wrath within him, he fears commitment to a customer. Though he might have obligations to his customers, there is an innate hesitation-- if he were to fully submit himself to a customer, would he ever feel at peace? Would his anguish ever subside? Or will the knowledge of his obligation force him to glitch and lose control again? The thought terrifies him.
