Background

Jongho never had a lot growing up, but that never bothered him. Both his parents worked hard in low end jobs, working hours every day just to bring home the money to live. When Jongho was born his mother needed to quit her job to look after him, and his father had to take on a second job just to help ends meet. Despite this, both his parents loved him dearly and tried to spend as much time with him as possible. Once Jongho started school his mother was able to go back to work making things easier on his father. Jongho loved everything about school making many friends and thriving in the environment, doing well in physical and academic studies though he quickly began to favour physical studies far more. As soon as he was able Jongho joined an after school sports group to play soccer.

Very quickly Jongho realised that this was his true passion, but to help his parents as much as he could he made sure to study hard so that he could get a job and pay them back for everything. As soon as he was old enough he got a job working evenings and some mornings while keeping up with studies and athletic pursuits. Despite working through most of highschool, Jongho was surprised to get a scholarship to Seoul University, which he initially turned down, but after a talk with his parents about following his dream first he decided to go and try Soccer for a year. If it didn't work he would finish University but focus on working rather than sport.

Within the first few months of playing on the Seoul University team he was scouted by a National recruiter and whisked away to join the Seoul Team where he would train, while still playing on the Seoul University Team and doing his university studies. While he was on the Seoul Team he recieved a small income that he could help support his family with. He continued to train hard and work to improve himself in any way working his way up to being one the best on the team. Now he had sponserships, and a place on the national team meaning he can easily support his family, though he's not used to the attention he has now.

personality

Jongho is a sweet kid who is very focused on working hard to achieve anything that he wants. He often pushes those around him to do their best as well, which can come across as him being pushy or rude, but he really just wants the best for people and wants to help them achieve their goals in whatever way he can. He isn't the kind of person that handles loss very well, often getting angry rather than upset, and pushing himself even harder to ensure the same doesn't happen a second time.

With his friends, Jongho can be a totally different person. He laughs and jokes around plays jokes with the others, though his other traits can quickly come out and have caused problems in the past. Jongho is a little blunt when it comes to voicing the things on his mind, not meaning to be insulting but being impatient enough to voice things without thought where he thinks that he can help people. It's taken time to the team and his friends to understand this about him and accept his harsh comments for what they are, love and care.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Jongho is not afraid to lash out at people that hurt those that he cares about, whether it be on the street or on the field. He has a short temper, and carries his guilt heavily when that anger gets the best of him. He's not good at anything emotional, often reacting negatively to affection even if he is enjoying it. Most people close to him can read when he really doesn't want the affection he'd getting. He is also prone to panic attacks, though he tries to hide those from everyone as well, suffering in silence and completely breakdowns when in private.
