yeonjun, as the fairy of nature, has nature-based powers. yeonjun can generate, grow, and control various vegetation, but he mainly uses vines for defensive moves such as creating barriers, entangling opponents, and supporting heavy objects. aside from his vines, he is often seen controlling flowers to use as diverse attacks using pollen and dust to provide distractions, producing swirls of petals/leaves, conjuring food (namely fruits/vegetables), altering the growth plants such as growing a tomato crop from an already existing tomato, and even summoning animals. yeonjun's strength relies on his surrounding environment and requires him to be at one with nature. yeonjun is able to hear the voice of nature speaking to him, more so than in an instinctive manner that all alfea fairies are taught. rather, he is able to use his magic to listen to the voice of the forest. this skill has also proven to be a disadvantage at times, as the destruction of nearby nature will cause excruciating pain to him and weaken him own self and his ability to focus his magic properly, even his flight. he developed an ability to alter the seasons as well as he honed in on his powers better over time. jun in terms of elemental power represents earth which he displays by setting off earthquakes and smashing a boulder with his mind. his source of power is life itself as he has been seen turning inanimate objects into living creatures such as ice arrows into birds, stuffed animals into the fairy pets. he also has a connection with the air being capable of summoning powerful breezes, using plants to absorb smoke and produce oxygen, and producing fragrances that can be used to repeal an enemy or calm them down.

yeonjun has developed the ability to physically heal other beings mostly after they have experienced a recent trauma. his magic is green in color. like all magical beings jun can utilize magical energy based attacks and defenses. he also knows some basic first-level spells, such as telekinesis, traning objects, and fixing minor messes. yeonjun is known to be gifted with potion brewing as well as herbalism.

weaknesses: no sunligh/darkness, places where plants aren't in abundance or where they cannot grow, he's limited and grows weaker. destruction of nearby nature can hamper his abilities and cause him to grow weaker, emotionally and physically draining him. his powers work hand in hand with his emotions and sometimes he snaps - when he does, this generates his powers to become wilder than he wished for it to be, resulting in him becoming a little out of control. his mind is under the influence and it's taxing so he experiences some insanity episodes now and again where his moods fluctuates drastically. 

choi yeonjun, English name; choi daniel is known to be a very sweet, shy (at times - only around strangers), genuine, calming person who loves plants and vegetation of all kinds. but he would protect his friends at all costs. being interested in experimenting with his plants, yeonjun became the potion master of the group who specializes in brewing and creating remedies and medicines from the uses of his magical plants. due to his gentle and caring personality, daniel is strongly connected to nature and loves helping people. he is shown to have a sensitive personality to the point where he would instinctively care for his friends as well as his plants when they are in distress.

 

he is the most mature student in their little group and the oldest as he possesses a deep sense of love, peace, happiness, and tranquility. however, it is shown that yeonjun has an insecure side to his personality as he would have problems believing in himself at times. his insecurity would sometimes cause him to hide most of his feelings to the point where he would have problems expressing them. yeonjun is one of the most diligent students at alveria and is cautious of his actions. daniel is known for being calm, collected and passive in the face of challenges but when he's by himself, he has a bit of a temperament that eats under his skin. only thing that can calm him down is being surrounded by his plants and a bit of a guilty pleasure, smoking pot.

 

whereas daniel being the type of person to shy away from strangers, when he's high it's a whole other story. his love language is definitely physical touch, he adores kinship even when sober and around his friends. but when high he would be overwhelmed with the need to touch, kiss, hug, even more. yeonjun is known as a bit of a boy, since he has the tendency to take out his anger/temperamental issues by ing it out so to speak. he has a reputation when "daniel" comes out. not that it's a split personality thing, but yeonjun is the reserved, sweet, humble guy, whereas when he smokes and gets high, he's a bit more cocky, confident, he makes a lot of jokes, he tends to be quite loud and open, zero filter! this can either make him get admiration thrown his way or people hate him to bits. either way, he uses this time to his stress and frustration away. some love him, some despise him, some want to be close to him, others want to just get in his pants and he lets them, and there are some who confuses the out of him.

 

yeonjun is a student while also being a botanist in alveria, he has his own botanical garden off the side of the campus where he spends majority of his time being. honing into his abilities and making perfumes, makeup, sweet scents and pouches for the boys rooms to help with a peaceful night's rest and of course, medicine. which he distributes evenly among his friends foremost and then other students and faculty around.

growing up in the lynphea kingdom was never easy, his family are rather tough at least concerning him - tough love makes the strongest warriors don't they? yeonjun was always naive, sweet and innocent, wishful thinking that one day he would meet 'the one,' his prince charming, but that wasn't the case, instead he got life thrown at him in the cruelest of ways and the prince was kidnapped in hopes of being assassinated at the age of 16. he tends to keep to himself as much as possible, not sticking his nose in the others business (outside of the academy or anything that doesn't threaten its tranquility), sticking to what's for him. meaning, he mostly focuses on his botany, producing perfumes, makeup and medication, setting traps for anyone trying to get to him or the academy - a sense of paranoia developed over the time due to the kidnapping scheme being fresh on his mind.

 

his mother keeps nagging at him, "you're not getting any younger, find someone and settle down." how can he? he cannot seem to find the time for such trivialities, but his mother kept insisting and eventually finding someone of royal blood to become his possible betrothed [npc]. they get along decently, but his heart belongs to his love for botany, plants, animals and his friends, he doesn't care for marrying anyone. the botanic garden is his one happiness and it's where he spends most of his time at - in the green house provided for him to do his work. yeonjun made it known to the male that he isn't interested, yet he keeps trying to win his heart. repressed and pissed off by the pressures of his family's beliefs and wants for him, daniel's powers are getting unruly as time goes by, trying to not overthrow his mother and father due to their stupid, selfish beliefs. he doesn't like the royal oppressions and tell-tale needs of how their life should be.

 

he's immensely grateful that he's away at alveria and around his friends, away from the pressure of taking over the throne one day. when realistically, yeonjun doesn't want that oppression pushed down onto him.

plants, books, the botanic garden, animals, art, he enjoys drawing and painting in her free time, singing, playing the piano and the cello, getting high, letting go of his worries and .

after the kidnapping and learning more about how people pollute and cause problems for the trees and greenery on the earth's planet, daniel has found this dilemma in finding humans problematic or helpless, torn between wanting to help them but also put them in their place. animal abusers, tree killers, secretly (his parents).

his skin itches a lot when danger is near and he bites on his lips till it bleeds sometimes due to having a combust of his powers shimmering beneath his skin. sometimes you would find him animatedly talking to plants and you might think he's crazy but they genuinely do speak back to him. he's one with nature. mother nature also speaks to him.

to be accepted for who he wants to be as a prince and not pushed into his mother's and father's lifestyle of choices of wanting to have him take the throne. to become a botanist of the entire magic realm; alveria, not just within the academy grounds.

But I must explain to you how all this mistaken idea of reprobating pleasure and extolling pain arose.
