Changbin was born and raised in bolingbroke, his family line having lived here for a few generations. he was the youngest child of the seo family, following his older sister. His family being one of the most well known families in town it was easy for him growing up, he was popular in school, and everyone just knew that he would be following his fathes footsteps. After HIgh school, it didn't take long for changbin to take a position at the police station, starting out as an aprentice, during this time he had started a relationship with his first serious girlfriend.
Changbin and his girlfriend had found out that they would soon e expecting a baby, and of course there were a lot of judgements against this in the public eye and families. so changbin had actually proposed the idea of getting married, but of course, he was turned down. It had taken a while for him to understand and had even more hardships with the mother of his soon to be child, but the long road to get there would be worth it. He had asked you to at least live with him, granted with your own room,   so they can work on raising the child together, even if they themselves couldn't be together, he wanted to do his best to help in anyway. 
Changbin had originally wanted a job in the city, but he had been turned down, and his father being the chief of police back in bolingbroke, it was easy for him to get a job there and start working. he works mostly night shifts at the precinct, while during the day he takes care of his four year old daughter
