A young Japanese woman who had moved to the country to study mechanical engineering, Tsuki only really spoke to her cousin, Runa, and Runa's deaf roommate. 
When the alert rang out, the two girls were at a coffee shop and were certain it was a lie before they began to witness the end with their own eyes. Runa's roommate was the first person the girls knew that fell, and not long after Runa got too sick to recover and Tsuki was left on her own.
She began checking over abandoned cars, fixing them up as best as she could and hotwiring them before moving on to somewhere else.
Eventually Tsuki found her way to the colony and with her mechanical knowledge was allowed to join. Now four months later it's safe to say that this is longest she's ever spent in one place since it all started.
