+ strengths: serves as an enhancer for other elements given his surroundings, the volatility can create a powerful surge to damage his enemies, can repel projectiles at a quick speed, enhances speed and jumping, as well as other senses such as touch and smell 
- weaknesses: limitations in range (potency only within 30-40 m), can be easily affected by his mood / mental state ( ie: anger can cause burnout in his power, too much aero energy pent up can cause him to be in his own head and heighten anxiety in the individual (leading to mental exhaustion), when using stronger techniques such as the creation of a tempest / storm (can take up to two weeks to fully recover) 
the year he was born in is unknown, and so was the place he was conceived in. however, noel was in tune with his body and spirit, with air overflowing within it. formerly a bard (carbaret singer who often cross dressed for men), he felt the lifestyle was too vapid over time, and the behavior and entitlement of “clients” got to him eventually. seeking a higher purpose, he sought out research towards the history of the war, as well as using his power to manipulate and create runes.
