After a long life, there was no point in keeping up with how long after awhile. He's lived so many lives that there was nothing new for him to step on anymore. So, he decided to stay where he was comfortable. The Underground.
Arcin owns many black market grounds and facilities across the world. He sees most creatures as disposable, especially the human. my PERSONALITY

arcin turns his personality to whatever his target can connect to. his main way of connecting is through manipulation, to live under a lie so he can drag you under from his claws. Arcin has no problem showing his true colors. he just enjoys to see how ignorant others are when emotions come into play.
