where do i even
begin to explain how much you mean to
me? my heart
overflows with so
much to say, but
i'll have to keep it
short, or else i'd
never stop.  i love
you so much, more
than words can capture. it's easy
for everyone to see
how sweet and kind you are, but only i
know just how
deeply that
kindness runs.
even when you get
mad, you're still so
cute that i can't
help but smile. and
yes, sometimes i get
mad at you too, but then i realize it's
only because i miss
you and crave
your attention.
thank you for
always being so
patient with me, for laughing at
my nonsense,  and
for being my ride or
die. you make

by being you, and i'm
endlessly grateful
for that. you
always match my energy,
my
weirdness--everything--except, of course,
the monkey soup
(i'm still mad
about that, grr).
