Jongho grew up in a small town, which made his life difficult growing up on the chance of getting any kind of opportunities or being able to extend on his dreams or passions. Jongho had grew up with a love for soccer, always playing small games here and there with his friends, and on the schools team. 
When Jongho was a senior in highschool, he went on a tournament for the soccer and was scouted by one of the recruiters for a college team and then found himself playing on said team. 
Jongho now attends college majoring in kinesiology. His parents signed him up for the show because they think that it would be good for him, and thought that the boy needed to explore life a bit more.
