BACKGROUND | Lee Dabin is the eldest daughter to the owners of the local bakery. She often helped open the bakery before school, gaining well-rounded skills in customer service, baking, and more. In college, Dabin majored in culinary arts with a minor in business management, wanting to learn more about what she grew up doing. In school, Dabin found a love for expressing her creativity through pastries and began to focus her energy into making that a career. Her family still runs the bakery and she does what she can to help when she has time. As the pastry chef of a local restaurant, Dabin works later hours than the bakery, so she can still be seen helping out in the mornings. 

HOME | Dabin currently has her own apartment in the city just a few blocks away from home that's decorated with minimalistic furniture and an abundance of plants in earth tones. She values her autonomy, freedom, and independence. On her balcony, Dabin has a small garden of herbs she uses to cook and a few DIY projects that she has out to dry. Her apartment is filled with evidence of her craftiness with her favorite pieces of pottery and paintings on display, though most of her work is gifted or donated to others as she doesn't like to hold onto clutter. 

FASHION | Dabin tends to prefer practical and comfortable clothing in neutral colors. Her wardrobe is minimal with key items in blacks, whites, and earth tones. 

FOOD | Dabin likes to keep her meals simple and healthy, preferring fresh ingredients. She loves to support local vendors, often sourcing ingredients from the farmers' market. She's an absolute fiend for good coffee and grinds a fresh batch every morning. Despite being a pastry chef, she's not a big fan of sweets and prefers savory foods. 

Dabin is hardworking, confident, and responsible. Things will always get done with Dabin around as she's an active problem solver. Her lifelong experience in the culinary industry can make her tone sound a bit authoritative at times as she's used to communicating firmly, but she balances this out with her friendly and positive nature, often goofing off once responsibilities are taken care of. 

Dabin often finds herself caught between her head and her heart. She's always fighting herself and can be impatient and impulsive. On one hand, Dabin is very pratical and responsible, but on the other hand, she can get lost in not only her emotions but in the emotions of others. She likes to avoid conflict with others as much as she can and comes off as passive aggressive when she's aggravated.

I absolutely love threads that are full of emotions, but they do take a lot of energy out of me! For threads that require more emotional labor, I prefer para (2-5 paragraphs) and require a lot more time to get into the right mindset to reply. Please be patient!
