Born in Seoul, Korea, she was shipped off and adopted by an American couple living in Hawaii, where she grew up and lived most of her life there, peaceful and looking forward to what was about to be a future of happiness with her then fiance, a naval officer at Pearl Harbor. December 7, 1941, just an hour after her partner left for base, alarms were sounded, and the Japanese bombed the camp, mere distance away from their joint home. His body was never found, and she lived a life trying to pull through the despair and seeked revenge.

Revenge came in the form of her disguising herself with a shaved head, joining the ranks of the navy and eventually being deployed to the frontline of the Battle of Okinawa, where she was ruthless, merciless,  killing and torturing any enemy soldiers she came across. And then she was gone right before the final offensive, a stray bullet to her head, with her last thoughts being, "no, I can't die like this, I haven't killed enough of them just yet."
