Kang Minah, came from a rather well-to-do family in Seoul but lived a life of privilege with a hollow feeling despite the success. She had a highly paid job after her graduation from Ewha Woman's University but suddenly felt there was no meaning to living. Seeks fresh start, Minah leaves Seoul for Haepung, a quiet sea side village. She rented a small apartment there and began to work in the bakery of the area on a part-time basis.
