zhang zhenyuan, born and raised in the heavenly land above china, buried in the clouds about many centuries ago already had his life set in motion even before his very first breath in the world. he, as well as his other siblings were destined only for one thing, to serve their holy father and do exactly what they were set to do. his fate had been what is usually known as a 'guardian angel' set to protect those he'd been assigned to. using his power for good, watching over the assigned souls from afar and making sure they didn't get into any mischief, only intervening if absolutely necessary. despite all of that, zhenyuan was the type who'd been fairly disobedient himself towards his family orders as he couldn't imagine himself watching over others in that sense if he's unable to handle himself the same way. why was he acting like that? an angel is supposed to be perfect, pure, holy, protectors and all of that. there must've been some sort of reason behind the trouble, right? mm, yeah well, zhenyuan's only explanation had been with the fact that he felt unready for his career path, he wants to explore his life before preparing for such a huge commitment.

his mischievous streak led to some trouble up in heavens though it was never anything too intense that would cause his pure grace to die down. he'd just let his impulsive mindset grow, though strangely enough, zhenyuan doesn't particularly remember what he'd done, he doesn't want to talk about it too much if it's brought up. if anything he'd try anything to shut the other being up. smack them? yes, but only out of playfulness! glare? of course. change the subject if needed? oh, in an instant! it was a whole mess, he didn't have anyone to talk about whatever was running through his mind or else folks would believe he's crazy. "act like an angel. be who you were born to become and accomplish." does he really believe destiny and all that bull? no. he ignored all of his other family members and old friends, resuming to keep towards his observant quiet self.

what led to his downfall? well, one mindful carefree day he'd finally made his way kind of over his terrible streak, currently watching over a human as necessary. zhenyuan had been on guard ever since he discreetly stopped the human from getting hit by a vehicle. he basically changed fate and ended up falling for the person and eventually introducing himself into the person's life. zhenyuan doesn't recall too much of what went on but there'd been bits and pieces of him helping the human out as it turned out they wanted to be a type of witch. blinded by love, zhenyuan helped out and accidentally developed the ability to learn more forbidden magic. he was then found out not long after a summoning ritual gone wrong and instantly got detained and separated. zhenyuan was stuck in a prison cell for the supernatural all because he defied angel laws in more ways than one, rethinking his choices. after a couple of many years, zhenyuan was let out and was forced out of his home, heaven where he discovers a school for various supernatural creatures alike learning education and how to manage their magic. zhenyuan felt surprised.. in a good way, believing this to be a great idea as he prepared himself to join the college where he now stays today, processing his new life as a fallen angel. will he be accepted by others? will be learn to accept himself?

ever since he'd been blinded and tricked into 'forbidden' knowledge, he feels as if there's a more dark entity energy stuck in his mind, tempting him to do bad. he has hidden memories, choosing to regress and forget how long he was kept on watch while captured, forced to rethink his life.

fear of being left alone all because he'd been stuck by himself for too long, as well as feeling paranoid towards wanting to get closer to others yet worries if they'd get hurt in some way if possible or not.

he is the observant type, known to 'people-watch' out of curiosity now but nothing too creepy. it's just his tucked away natural instinct to guard. when nervous he sometimes messes over his words between the couple languages he knows in the same conversation.

•.*★ writing style。 my writing happens to range from semi-para to novella. i am getting back into replying so it'll be less likely that i will usually do novella so do expect multi-para from me instead. i generally prefer to write in third pov over anything else but you could honestly use either pov too.

•.*★ plotting style。 i don't mind plotting or winging, though i do prefer plotting as it seems easier to do in some way. it can be as simple as a small plot or a complex one, and i'm completely fine with any genre.

•.*★ overall。 I'm very flexible about how we actually rp and will work at your pace if possible. Like, I can do one lining script all the way to novella, in both 1st and 3rd pov. I'm really chill with whatever you wanna do!

•.*★ important。 i will never poke you. you also don't need to remind me about me owing you a reply. i usually remember who i'm roleplaying with thanks to my tracker. doing like that will just annoy me and make me prolong sending something if I send something at all.

i am on the slow side of things when it comes to replies, though i may have rare moments when i'm a bit faster toward sending. i also try to be somewhat quicker than before so i don't have others waiting too long. replies may come between some days to 2 weeks. i never purposely ghost a plot, i will let you know if i lost muse on it or wish to change some details so you should do the same, communicate is key.

i highly prefer to do roleplay threads in the given rooms as a way to keep the plot active and to gain points, even as a co ad. i am also alright with wall threads or pms too, maybe a gpm instead of pms as those are usually for ooc inquiries.
