Sen was born in a small mining town. His parents, an alchemical healer, and an aspiring tinkerer, nurtured his curiosity and imagination. However, their lives were cut short in a tragic mining explosion when Sen was only ten. His parents died protecting him, leaving him with physical scars and deep emotional trauma. After the explosion, Sen was taken in by a brilliant but distant inventor. Though Sen thrived in his apprenticeship, he was always craving affection and adventure, eventually leaving his mentor's cold home to seek his own path.

In the city of Marteria, he found his true companion, Elira, a free spirited scholar who shared his thirst for exploration. Together, they ventured to forgotten ruins, unraveling ancient mysteries. Unfortunately, tragedy struck during an expedition where Elira was killed while shielding Sen from a deadly energy blast. The loss of Elira pushed Sen to adopt a carefree, playful demeanor, masking the deep pain and guilt he carries. He continued his explorations, driven by the desire to honor her memory and discover the wonders she never had the chance to witness.
