Chan is an active person. If he isn't at the gym, working in the studio, or at schedules, then he is often outside or finding something to occupy himself because he'd feel guilty otherwise. He is someone that believes every moment should be spent trying to better himself in some way or assisting his dongsaengs to do so as well. Working hard to accomplish a goal, educating himself in a new language or skill, getting good at a sport. He will find something to throw all his energy into. The only way he really slows down and "does nothing" is if someone else makes him. And then he's doing that for them, so it really isn't indolence.

He is an extremely tactile person and certain sensations easily overwhelm him. He really can't stand things like scratchy clothing material, tags, or knit-wear because of how it irritates his skin. He'll wear things to promote, of course, but that's not by his choice. Once the mission is accomplished, those items are coming off. In fact, most clothing just comes off automatically when he gets to his apartment. Also, certain intense tastes don't agree with him. Coffee isn't something he enjoys drinking. Soda bothers him because of the carbonation. Spicy food makes him transcend reality. Even ice water irks him.

Being needed by others gives Chan fulfillment. He loves to feel useful. He wont think twice about lending someone an ear when they're upset or offering them comfort. But even without being asked, Chan goes out of his way to do things for others. He keeps the dorm tidy (though that also serves him because he does it late at night when he can't sleep to get himself tired). He'll keep cooking so that the members can eat as much as they want without hassle. He'll forego eating chicken and other things he likes if he thinks someone wants it more. This behavior does border on being too self sacrificing, though. He wont think twice about neglecting his own needs if it means helping someone else.

Chan is the equivalent of the "you just have to say you're fine, but you're not really fine" meme. In comparison to his hardened persona when Stray Kids was first formed, Chan has opened up over the years, but he still has reservations about burdening the younger members with the broken parts of himself. If he's going through a tough time, he will become more quiet and withdraw into himself, usually spending long hours in the studio to shut out his thoughts with droning beats. Sometimes it's just a matter of him getting over whatever is bothering him by taking the time to analyze it and compartmentalize it if it's not important. Yet other times, he can't shake it and it starts compounding his insomnia and his poor appetite. That's when he could use a shoulder to lean on and being okay with asking for that is something he needs to work on.

Getting into a serious relationship is not something Chan is actively looking for - or, more so, he doesn't think it's something he can let himself have. He knows that his schedule is far too busy to commit to what most people consider a "typical" partnership. However... he is a bit of a hopeless romantic and has a lot of affection to give. So much so that he finds it hard to consider limiting it to just one person. He doesn't see why he can't give love to multiple people, as long as all parties are open to it.

Chan has taken suppressants for a long time. For a while, it was because he was ashamed of his dynamic. Being an omega, he has always dealt with people questioning his competency and fearing it would impede him in his position as a leader. he has been determined to prove them wrong and, therefore, has always put his duty before his instincts. After all these years, s have reassured him that they don't think anything less of him because he's an omega and he has accepted that part of himself more. However, he still takes suppressants regular and neglects his cycles so he doesn't disrupt their schedules.
